I'll stick to cheapest stuffs I could get ;-)Khafifhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14530763282439591384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6599392544525713729.post-77220332999799409042013-01-18T19:45:59.007-08:002013-01-18T19:45:59.007-08:00That is a good idea. They don't float but more expensive like RM80 per 25kg bag.Anonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15739198757221045316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6599392544525713729.post-47790066284613129302013-01-15T23:42:38.034-08:002013-01-15T23:42:38.034-08:00Thanks for sharing Arthoz :-)Thanks for sharing Arthoz :-)Khafifhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14530763282439591384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6599392544525713729.post-79818386452638806882013-01-15T10:31:35.030-08:002013-01-15T10:31:35.030-08:00I think I really should share something with the c...I think I really should share something with the community...first of all when buying pebbles, buy them from construction suppliers...the price for two bags of leca is equal to half a small pickup load of gravel or maybe more depends on your local supplier...second, leca is best for vegetables and root plants especially carrots because pebbles/gravel tend to deformed them...but gravel is best for stability for plants like corn/maize and ladies fingers...so take your pick...sorry for barging in like this, I'm usually a lurker...Arthozhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11627075207211408261noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6599392544525713729.post-67412169587813738152013-01-06T19:49:39.898-08:002013-01-06T19:49:39.898-08:00Hi Bro Affnan. In my opinion, the LECA should have no problem with smaller plants, but heavier plants like the tomato will absolutely need support. LECA is very light and easy to move around unlike pebbles. But I really recommend you to use LECA instead of pebbles like you have done before. It is cheaper and better.Khafifhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14530763282439591384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6599392544525713729.post-38552975811650741422013-01-05T05:02:17.848-08:002013-01-05T05:02:17.848-08:00Hi, how's the LECA holding up to planting.
